GISS Semi-Solid Metal Die Casting: GISS low-solid-phase semi-solid die casting technology enhances product density and reduces porosity/shrinkage holes, thereby mitigating mold erosion.

Vacuum Die Casting: By sealing the mold parting lines and all connecting surfaces to achieve a high vacuum state in the mold, in synchrony with the die casting machine's vacuum system, this method effectively improves the issues of gas entrapment during the casting process, enhancing the density of the parts and reducing porosity/shrinkage.

Extrusion Die Casting + T6 Heat Treatment: FT-SSD extrusion die casting incorporates GISS semi-solid metal slurry technology. After low-speed extrusion casting, the castings can undergo T6 heat treatment to achieve stable mechanical properties, and the products can be welded.
