Job Responsibilities
1. Perform maintenance and repair tasks for workshop equipment, ensuring the normal operation of machinery and equipment.
2. Analyze the causes of equipment failures and make improvements.
3. Regularly inspect and continuously improve the safety performance of equipment, optimize energy use, and reduce costs.
4. Undertake other tasks assigned by supervisors.
5. Maintain the 7S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety, and Spirit) environment.
Recruitment Conditions
1. Possess an electrician's certificate.
2. Experience in maintenance of die casting machines and plastic injection molding machines is preferred.
3. Familiarity with digital hydraulic systems.
4. Ability to understand PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs.
5. At least three years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
6. Age: Under 40.
